All athletes must have a physical each year prior to participation in athletic related activities at SJHHS. This includes summer camps. The timing of this event allows athletes who participate to be cleared for the entire 2024-25 school year without the possibility of being pulled during the season due to an expired physical. All athletes attending physical night must wear shirt and shorts or pants. No skirts or dresses please. All proceeds will assist in the purchase of medical supplies and equipment needed to maintain the highest quality care and prevention of athletic related injuries at San Juan Hills. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and submit payment.
